Neutral Newbie

Hi CK,

They're mostly ASKING for between 148k to 156k (neg) depending on the month/year of the car (the oldest one is 1/01 and the newest one is 8/01). OMV is between 44k to 47k. COE I don't know though.

As for DSTC reducing wheel spins, I would believe so. But like I said, I'm no expert.

My current ride's a e46 320iA. What abt ya?

Drive safe, pal!

Cheers, pal! 8-)

Perhaps should just poll the folks here... (yes, I know this is a Swedish forum) but here goes...

I'm currently considering few options:

1) BMW 323Ci/325Ci/328Ci - OMV for 328Ci is high, COE usually quite high too (based on the avg registration dates for such cars), performance good; 325Ci has almost the same power as the 328Ci but OMV/COE lower but latest M54 engine; 323Ci OMV/COE abt the same as 325Ci but less power with same engine capacity with 'old' M52 engine. And yes, BMWs are a plenty on the road. Resale not too bad.

2) Audi TT Quattro Coupe - OMV and COE high (similar to 328Ci), not so common on the roads. Performance is good but car less practical due to limited rear sitting space. Resale may be of a problem.

3) Volvo S60 T5 - OMV/COE is avg (similar to 323Ci/325Ci). Performance is addictive with good level of comfort as well. But handling not as good (no offence). All in all good value for money. Very practical as well. Resale value not too good though.

So folks, any comments?

Cheers! 8-)

Woah, then must neg very Hard to get a good deal from the prices you quoted. R these all from dealers? I think direct owner sale might be cheaper though.

320iA is nice. For me, I driving a S40. The smallest of the Volvo family [blush] .

But I think it is a safe car for its time. Safety i think depends on the driver [:)] . just had to engage ABS over the weekend and got a earful from Finance Minister who was riding with me.

Cheers,

CK
