on the issues of 'areoplane' sound...veri likely is due to the grounding/earthing...of either ur

1) HU

2) power amp

3) RCA plugs....or interconnect...

hihi,

 

ur setup is a basic simple setup.

 

for the 'no power' feelin, its cos ur light will dim when the bass hits right, this is prob due to grounding problem. check the ground cables comin out from the same and see what size they are.

 

aniway.. ur setup, don waste $$ on upgradin battery.

 

i'm the 'MCF guy" who havin power problem. usin High current amps, drain out almost 3000 watts rms, when i blast, even my caps (paralleled to 2.2 F) are sucked dry and start to shut off.

 

 

got once blast until whole system shut down (volt meter went below 10V)

 

so for wat u have, save the $$$, don worry.. heheh

caps, if u have total 1k watts, quite ok, but if ur amp power hungry like mine, no use..
