I was at S'pore Expo actually to get a camera at SITEX - walked past the Auto Saloon exhibition - peered in and it was pretty empty and anyway had to buy dinner for kids so did not have time to pop in

Ah, depending on how you want to view it bro. Things seem to be getting sensitive here and majority of the users here seem to be patrons of AE. There are some customers that may not favour AE for reasons while there are some that are faithful customers of theirs. Therefore, anythingy about AE, steer clear or park one side for them to overtake, if not kena "tailgate" all the way...You catch my codewords?

well it all depends how rational you are to view the whole discussion. that what the forum is about. we are here to share and voice our view points. end of the day, let discuss about facts professionally. there is no absolute right or wrong.

 

dear Jeff and Sarong1, why be so "coded" in your opinions. anyway like thw way you guys have put it, maybe it will be better if we all use PM a little more. thanks for the reminder.

 

end of the day, we are all here to share abt ICE and make friends not enemy... cos we have thing in common - search on better music using our limited "$".... maybe it would be better we can have cos many "words" when not comunicated rightly would confuse .... cheers

Autwin, precisely, since all of the users here are searching for answers that meet their needs, they are free to roam around, to get the correct picture. But if some users are trumpeting certain installers in a forum explicitly, others will bound to be turned off. That being the case, users can try to avoid, and if need be, go into PM mode.

 

Wouldn't the threads be more professional henceforth if users open up threads to talk serious car audio FACTS? i.e. talk only about car audio, technical, installation and sound issues rather than installers merely? I don't see that happening in other forums really, the users just know what to do, that is in their culture, and it is nice if we can see that happen in MCF.

 

The thingy here is not about being brand-loyal or cost saver, but rather, the confidence level in particular installers or shops. Pricing is not everything don't we agree?

 

I applaud you for being verbal - supporter of AE.
