Kozen Neutral Newbie January 4, 2006 Share January 4, 2006 Recently just bought and install a new brake-light spoiler for my Honda ESI. The guy told me that the spoiler is not ABS material, but a product from Malaysia, so am just wondering anybody knows whether other than ABS. What other materials will be use for spoiler? I'm paying $160 for the spoiler including color plus installation, so do you think the price is reasonable or expensive? Koren Clutched January 4, 2006 Share January 4, 2006 be careful.. once fiber cracks.. it is very hard to get it patched.. and fibre cracks easily..
Kozen Neutral Newbie January 4, 2006 Author Share January 4, 2006 Oh...that's suck! But do you know what's the price for ABS spoiler?
Koren Clutched January 4, 2006 Share January 4, 2006 should be around double the price.. but not to worry.. it's still not as fragile as glass.. haha.. must also look @ the quality of the fibre.. the more the fibre.. the more sturdy it is..
Darkness Neutral Newbie January 4, 2006 Share January 4, 2006 for boot spoiler Fibre glass is still ok...but after u paint it might not look so blended...look at some cars with fibre glass kits (wide body etc) carefully u will see that the bodykit part will look very glossy / shiny. If u getting stuff like front lip, rear lip etc go for ABS more durable ↡ Advertisement
