Can Malaysian TP give me a fine for illegal mod? Most of the malaysian cars that come into Singapore with super huge and loud exhaust are neglected by our ROV and TP. Why did the Malaysian TP tried to fine me for illegal mod? End up paid him RM50 to get lost. Not much, but just feeling bloody exploited.

 

1st of all. he was trying to pull off a fast one on u, coz RM$50 can chase him away.

2nd, all bros who said our cars is not under the foreign country jurisdiction is not entirely correct. take for example - malaysian lorries can over load themselves in malaysia. e lorries exhaust can blow as much black smoke as they like in malaysia. but once they enter singapore, if e exhaust fails, e load vs axel fails etc, enforcement is taken on them.
