Perhaps your friend was comparing the 712 with the lights of AVS Sports, S-02 or R1R "sticky stuff" [laugh]

 

Could be. I know one of those not so long lasting tyre is the SO-2.

I got 2 more cars to do up (my dads and best friendboth Civics).

The sound proofing I did my own.. the prescription was given by Mike which it really works.

 

I suggest you sit on my car to test out.. road noise much depends on tyres also.

avoid Motogard.. it is a con place.

 

I know one mechanic who left there, you dunno want to listen to the stories..

Currently, this mechanic works for me on one project before..

 

I suggest you try Leong Seng .

Went Yah's brother branch at lavender jus now and the boss quoted Falken 512 @ $65/pc. izzit cheap? me for normal usage only. 185/60R14

I guess it's a fair price for 14" tires, no harm bargaining or trying another shop or two.

 

Too bad Kumhos don't have the ES712 in 14" sizes. [:/]
