Some 1 please advise me, i got an accident last nite around this time from PIE towards jurong before paya lebar exit.

I was on my extreme left lane prepare to turn left to exit paya lebar, suddenly, this freaking mazda 6 from my right sped and cut into my lane causing me to jam brake. I was abt to hit him at his rear and suddenly there was an impact from my rear and my car steer right and i lost control of my car but manage to pull my car back to the shoulder lane. My car got hitted at my right rear and the mazda 6 got hit at the driver's side. A third party, jazz, front got dented and flung to the extreme right lane and crash into the center divider. Go for police report and now waiting for the results. Me going to do up my damage tomorrow. But who am i suppose to claim??? Mazda6 or Jazz? I didnt know who hit me but mazda6 got no damage on his front. This young chap rented his mazda6...... How???? Please Advise... [sweatdrop][smallcry][bigcry]

shd claim rear one...u can repair first and ask the workshop for advice as they'd then submit the paperwork to insurance. Have u gone to idac? they can also advice too.

You drive a Vios? Your Pumper look seriously damaged. Confirm need to be replaced. Think if u go back BM to do that, 3K is a possibilty!

go back to BM for repairs, but you'll have to claim from your insurance policy first. until the insurer decides who is at fault, then they'll adjust accordingly.

 

if u want repairs done elsewhere like STAR or Del-gro, then u dun need to claim from your policy first...

 

sorry to hear of your accident dude... you're not injured and that's good news!

Thanks for all your concern and tips... But im not sure who bang me.. the most possible 1 is the jazz... but my statement to the io from traffic police is that i dun know who hit me... How? The mazda6 is a young chap but not p plate. can tell he took some pills before... he stim stim like that... then when my friends came, my friend saw the guy took a packet of something from his car and threw it away.. sad... How? What am i going to do? Did check with a car workshop whom does for insurance claim. But they said my case quite complicated... hard to fight. The Jazz said she was on the 3rd lane but the crashing between mazda6 and the jazz was on the second from the left. If really go to court, my liability is only 50%. So i might loose the case and even have to fork out a huge sum for the lawyer...etc if i loose... How?

Any workshop to intro?

NO!!! BM will not file 3rd party claims... they will claim from your insurance first.. then 3rd party claims, you need to settle urself from the other party.. its really lengthy process... i think for vios related matters...
