Qqwinter Neutral Newbie August 11, 2006 Share August 11, 2006 I am using Dopod but encountered very poor after sales service. I broke my LCD screen and it took 3 weeks for Dopod to confirm the screen is out of stock, and 5 weeks to confirm the finish date, and 6 weeks to finish the repairing. Even I complaint, they just kept silence!

Guyver 1st Gear August 12, 2006 Author Share August 12, 2006 Wah .... 3 weeks to confirm LCD screen out of stock? Is there a slower logistic back end? ..... 5 weeks JUST to confirm finish date? And another 6 weeks!! to finish repairing .... Hey .... think if you just buy the LCD screen from them and change it yourself .... faster...
Qqwinter Neutral Newbie August 12, 2006 Share August 12, 2006 The dates are counted from sent-in. Total repairing takes 6 weeks. Dun think this is an acceptable timing! Some companies landed in Singapore just with a small operation but they do put a lot of $ in marketing; the support service is so poor - just like Dopod with only a call centre here. They are just pushing the ball round when comes to after sales service. Btw, where can I buy the LCD screen? That actually costs me $200+
