I am using Dopod but encountered very poor after sales service. I broke my LCD screen and it took 3 weeks for Dopod to confirm the screen is out of stock, and 5 weeks to confirm the finish date, and 6 weeks to finish the repairing. Even I complaint, they just kept silence!

Wah .... 3 weeks to confirm LCD screen out of stock? Is there a slower logistic back end? [shakehead][shakehead] ..... 5 weeks JUST to confirm finish date? [rifle][rifle]

And another 6 weeks!! to finish repairing .... [sleeping][sleeping]

Hey .... think if you just buy the LCD screen from them and change it yourself .... faster... [laugh][laugh]

The dates are counted from sent-in. Total repairing takes 6 weeks. Dun think this is an acceptable timing!

Some companies landed in Singapore just with a small operation but they do put a lot of $ in marketing; the support service is so poor - just like Dopod with only a call centre here. They are just pushing the ball round when comes to after sales service.

Btw, where can I buy the LCD screen? That actually costs me $200+ [:(]

From what I've found .... RRP RM$2,588 bundled with 1GB miniSD and BT earpiece.

According to what I've read .... it'll hit the counter of the retail shop today.

Dear all,

Just would like to check how many of us are using PDA Phone.

Ok... the definition for PDA Phone is that it MUST BE ..... touch screen as one of the feature. If not, it's classify under Smart Phones which is not what we are discussing here.

So take note and vote.... [nod][nod]

i tot of getting one for my next change. am looking at the HP version tat has GPRS [thumbsup]
