Ae86 Neutral Newbie June 30, 2006 Share June 30, 2006 check with u guy for a simple customisation like to place 2 x amp in the booth area and the sub in the tyre well, and cover with a big piece of arcylic , wats the rough price for this kind of job?with or without fiberglassing?Y don't u do it up using only mdf board it will be cheap. Let's see, 1 piece of 4'x8' 13mm thick mdf booard costs around $18-$25. self tapping screws, glue, silicon, measuring tape can be bought at less than $10 for each individual item.As for covering material like carpet, I bought from av1's shop at jln bukit merah(opp. of the old hdb office)I think is at $20 per meter run width is about 1.2m depending on how much u need.3M super 77 Spray glue at $15.the tools u need a jig saw, cordless or electric drill, a pair of hands and a brain.Sorry, Ihave no idea how much acrylic cost. You can try to make it on your own.
