Ignite REV

It only works with coilpacks. Cars still using distributor cannot use. There's also a more expensive version that incooperate plasma coil

I thought my alternator was broken or my supercharger belt broke but they are all in good condition. Some how the battery was causing a short internally thus all circuitry in the car cannot work.

The moment a new battery was replaced, the car sprung back to life! [:|]

hmm... I'm not sure if under WOT there is not enought spark but one thing I know for sure is that under WOT, the ECU will work in close loop and will usually run rich.

ahh damn... i was hoping that it was a coilpack style replacement option for a distributor system... nvm then, nonetheless still v.interesting as i've yet to come across anything similar here in melb.

As for your batt... must be a lemon then i guess... btw dun sell the altezza...

Anyone installed the T.M.Works Ignite REV?

Performance and cost?

Pricing for most make is either $380 or $440, except honda K family engine $700+ [dead]

The Ignite Rev is actually a capacitor discharge ignition supplement. Air itself is a natural insulator to current. High voltage and discharge density gives better combustion which in terms should translate to better FC and throttle responds, and ideally more power.

Voltage stabalisation is only treating the surface of the problem. [:/] But because voltage stabalisation is also the cheapest to achieve, a lot of ppl just settle for a voltage stabaliser and stop short there.

I think so far most capacitor in the market is shared/distributed to coils, while the TM Works Ignite Rev is dedicated which I think is part of the reason why it is at least twice more costly than most in the market. [sweatdrop]

bro, whats the pricing of ignite rev for alfa? can't find it in your ad [:p]

eh.. heh heh, news travel fast I guess. still like the altezza. maybe not selling liao. [smallcry]

Saw ur ride at Sentosa on Sat. It's a very stunning ride. I went to tk a peek at ur interior [:p]

Juz a qns. For normal IS200, the RPM is at the side while speedo is at the centre. For urs, it's the opposite. Is it suppose to b this way for Altezza (juz like TS & WRX speedo) or u change their position?

Should page me by tapping on the windscreen where the little led light is then I will come by [wave]

The early Altezza has their speedo in front but the facelift version has tacho in the middle instead. The speedo is relocated to the left as well as a digital readout on the right. [thumbsup]

Not possible bro. Think before the owner sell you the car your dials was swop with an earlier model altezza. Which also means your mileage is not as displayed. [dead]
