Hi guys, sorry to dig up an old thread. I'm driving a mazda 2 and find my low end sluggish esp during hot days. I was thinking of improving my ignition coil to boost my low end. Could I get your recommendations on which models are good and more imptly available in spore. I heard msd is gd but not available in spore.

Regap to?? Jus change to denso iridium tho.

I don't know whats your current gap. Cause I was using IK24 and its gap to 0.8mm. Yours could be different. You can increase your gap by 0.01 inches at a time and see what happens. You will notice better low end torque. But if the gap is too big, you will get misfiring at high RPMs. Thus have to experiment to know.
