7-seater SUV

Audi have gone 7-seater with their Q7. Have seend it, this is a giant. Huge presence.

 

BMW recently launched their new X5, now with option of third-row seating.

 

Merc have also their ... was it there B or R series ??

 

Other than the XC90, which was 9 months pre-booked before launch, I have do not see any good review of the others.

 

Any kind soul on this board have driven any of the above one or more to give us a first-hand personal review ?

 

I'll be really interested to see where this competition will head.

mercedes have no 7-seater SUV at the moment.

 

The B Klasse is a 5-seater mini MPV and the R Klasse is a 6-seater MPV.

 

The GL Klasse would be arriving on our shores at a later stage. This is a 7-seater SUV.

 

I've not tested the vehicles that you mentioned. But i did view the Q7 at the showroom. All i can say is that it looks awesome! I would have it(in black pls) over the X5 and XC90 anytime.

Is that the Merc GL class ? Nice...

 

I've not read much review so far, so curious to know your pick mate.

 

Afterall the X5 is sometimes called the bench mark for the this class, and the XC90 reputation speaks for itself.
