  1. I am having a Latio now and planning to have the 2nd baby. The car seat I'm using is quite big (360 degree turning from Combi). We plan to use the same for the 2nd baby. Currently my first baby is about 15months old. If I need to use 2 of this combi 360 degree turning car seat, I am afraid that my wife may not have enough space to sit in between with 2 car seats installed at the back. I have 2 questions: 1. What's the youngest age for toddler to use a basic toddler seat / booster seat? 2. What is the 5 seater car that has good space to house 2 such car seats yet having enough spa

  3. 2019 Subaru Ascent It rises from the ashes of the Tribeca. https://www.caranddriver.com/news/2019-subaru-ascent-official-photos-and-info-news Nearly half a decade after the demise of Subaru’s Tribeca SUV, the Japanese brand will jump back into the three-row crossover game with the 2019 Subaru Ascent. Built on the scalable Subaru Global Platform that also underpins the latest Impreza, the Ascent rides on a 113.8-inch wheelbase and contains a formidable 152 cubic feet of passenger space in its boxy body, comparable to the Honda Pilot (152 cubic feet) and the Volkswagen At
  4. Short listed the 3, need comments to decide. Tribeca - My Likes: Love it or hate it exterior, beauty interior, rear airon, multi-function steering wheel, rare, 250BHP. My Dislikes: Running cost, huge blind spots while turning into MSCP, high FC Vanguard My Likes: Low running cost, low FC?, Same as my company's name. Slap the full company name behind, bid for number and can ask boss to fund for me My Dislikes: No presence felt, just another Toyota.... Pajero 3.0 Likes: Huge Dislike: Running cost, high FC?, neighbour got a full spec
  5. Jeep three-row Chinese SUV will be called Grand Commander https://www.autoblog.com/2018/01/16/jeep-large-suv-china-grand-commander/ China is still very much a Jeep country, and the boxy XJ generation Cherokee lived and prospered there far longer than it did in the United States — until 2014. There have also been China-built Grand Cherokees, but the biggest Chinese Jeep has been previewed in the form of the Yuntu concept seen at the Shanghai Auto Show in April. Now, leaked shots of the Yuntu's production version have emerged a couple weeks after the SUV was spotted testing still in camou

  7. Hi everyone, Starting this topic as I couldn't find one on 8-seater MPV. I am currently driving a Stream. Due to family needs, I need a 8 seater. Hope you guys could advice on the 8 seater available and the factors that you considered when buying one. Thanks. :)
  8. After BMW had an unrivalled 7 seater MPV, hopefully MB will launch too, saw the extended 7 seater B class in google. There're few MPV with following criteria: - Euro NCAP 5 star - Less than 2.0L engine to avoid hefty road tax & petrol. - Petrol engine, do not wan to polllute even if disel engine is cheap. - reasonable 3rd row space. The choices are: Orlando, Touran, BMW G Tourer, Zafira, C4 G Picasso. That's it, so few!!! None of the above is appealing, can't wait for MB to launch their 7 seater!!!
  9. Hi all, Happy New Year. Anyone knows if PML will be bringing in this model ?
  10. i intend to change my father ride from 730Li to a 7 seater SUV. x5 Q7 XC90 fortuner GL450 Land Rover Discovery btw, i am talking about the old USED cars to keep costs low. of these, which is the better one with reliability being highest priority. reason is because my father really really really hate a car to breakdown leaving him stranded. thanks for any input.
  11. http://www.sgcarmart.com/news/review.php?AID=34 Nothing much to say for this...except...unless the price difference is greater, just go for the Grand Picasso, or else, other cars.
  12. Dear all, Need some advice here. I'm thinking of change from my current sedan (Mazda3) to a 7 seater, to cater my bigger kids and extended family. We also plan to do road trips to Malaysia or even Thailand more frequently in the coming years. Due to budget, I'll only consider 2nd hand. Initially I was thinking of the popular choices, either a WISH or a STREAM, more inclined to the WISH. But I'm not sue whether a SUV will be more suited when drive to Malaysis/Thailand where road conditions may be too rough for an MPV. Then I'm concerned with the service and fuel costs that SUV may incur more
  13. Anyone know of others apart from the below? 1. Fortuner 2. Sante Fe 3. Chev Captiva
  14. The BAC Mono is probably one of the most fun-to-drive track car of recent. It is likely to be one of the fastest too. Fans of Top Gear would especially find it familiar - the car was presented recently and stole the limelight when it propelled itself to the second top spot on the lap times chart. So what is the BAC Mono all about? Built by the Cheshire-born brothers - Neill and Ian Briggs - the BAC Mono was conceived with car enthusiasts in mind. Mono (short for monoposto or single seat) was designed to provide formula race car levels of handling and performance - hence an equivalent
  15. Hi bros, I want to ask those own a 4 seater coupes, how big is your family? Do you think its pratical to have a family with 2 children (no maid) to own a 4 seater coupe?
  16. Also below $149,999.99? At today's COE prices, maybe there are very few. Basic WRS still can be counted, at least?
  17. Hi guys, what are your recommended 7 seater cars? Main things looking for is safety, good handling and big enough for 7 adults. FC is not a main consideration.

  19. Hi all: Can individual buy a 10/12 seater van and register under PA/PB number plate? Or a company registeration is needed? What to do if there is no company available for registration.
  20. Hi Friends Due to the arrival of a 2nd one, I am considering changing from a sedan to a bigger ride. This will allow me to dump all the necessary baby items and as well as ferry my folks from time to time. Naturally I would think of MPV but those sporty looking ones cannot seems to fit 5 adults and 2 kids comfortably. With that I am referring to Stream and Wish and I dont really like the shape (no offence to current owners) of Odessey, Grandis or Estima. With that thought in mind I will be doing some research on SUV and specifically a 7 seater one. Budget is 100k and below and I do
