Modeldriver Neutral Newbie April 20, 2003 Share April 20, 2003 Hi... just wondering who amongst MCFers have Broquet Top Fueler (the one just after Boostmaster 40) installed and your experience with it such as - (1) is yours horizontally installed vs vertically set up (2) do you 'smell' petrol, even when visibly there is no leak and no petrol stains on the parking lot (3) did you encounter any problems - e.g. sluggishness, feeling of restricted fuel flow etc ? ↡ Advertisement
Torquelover Neutral Newbie April 21, 2003 Share April 21, 2003 My fren has the top fueller installed into hsi WRX. Was installed vertically. No complaints of fuel smell as far as i know. Check that there are no leaks in all the fuel lines into and out of the unit. I had a slight leak on my BM40, affected response and consumption big time TL

Cool Neutral Newbie April 21, 2003 Share April 21, 2003 Actually, all car fuel lines are designed in strange pattern for a purpose.. For example Toyota Cars like the Corolla G9 is in a S-shape. Cutting away the fuel line and fit Broquet will effect fuel flow etc... In addition, insurance policies don't cover fire if your fuel line has been tempered with in an event your car catches fire. my 0.000019 cents
