actually after I've switched from the FP3000 to FP60, I felt there were some difference

 

For the 3000 series, the engine was smooth... silky smooth... for FP6t0, not that its rougher, its still rather comfortable... but notice 2 key changes

 

1. Engine more willing to rev

2. Car vibration lesser. Mine is a 4 year old car so the steering wheel tends to vibrate a little when stationary at D gear engaged. Now, I don't have this problem any more

 

 

The thing is that I have problem pouring the FP60 into the fuel tank, think nozzle too short or something like that... maybe Eddy can help?

Yes, that was the same feeling when I tried out FP3000, smooth but not as revvy, so I still prefer FP60.

 

 

next time you come to my place, I can pass you some small bottles which can hold 2 oz each. that should solve your problem thumbsup.gif

hi, as the nozzle is not long enough, i normally pour the FP60 at the opening, then very gently press the fuel pump trigger to let the petrol wash the FP60 down 1st, i did it slowly so the petrol never spill out at all. maybe u can give it a shot in the meanwhile.

just top up my 2nd tank full petrol with FP60 today. I was pretty impressed with the FP60 so far! [thumbsup]

 

i have made near 100 obeservation whenever i top up my petrol and my FC is in range of 9.8-12.2km (out of 100 observation twice above 12km partly but i would say the reason is most likely bec my tyre has been used for 60000km, therefore its thinner and over odometer register a further mileage. How do i know? well simply bec once i change my tyre my mileage drop to 11+, never 12 & above),

 

i would say my average is 1litre=10.97km so far. Did my 1st top up of FP60 with 20litre of SPC ROn92 when my tank is nearly dried, travel for another near 200km then when almost empty again, i top up FP60 with a mixture of Shell95 & MY Shell ron 97 of 55.15litre.

 

this 1st tank of 75litre of petrol with FP60 gave me a FC of 1 Litre=12.03km!

 

i was very impressed!

 

before using FP60,

 

my past 10pump gave me the following FC (most recent downwards)

1. 1L= 10.69 km

2. 1L= 11.47 km

3. 1L= 11.27 km

4. 1L= 10.80 km

5. 1L= 11.26 km

6. 1L= 10.06 km

7. 1L= 10.65 km

8. 1L= 11.17 km

9. 1L= 10.23 km

10.1L= 11.02 km

 

And my observation above is based on using the same motor oil, Asoil 10w30. currently my odometer shows 84000km, i have used the Amsoil oil since around 73230km, the oil is at 10000km, technically my FC should not be improving.

 

I will continue to monitor my FC for this tank full, then for the next 2 tank, i shall not use FP60 and share my observations here. So far i am very please as financially i have saved $11.50 for 75litre of petrol with the difference 1km FC. The savings of $10+++ is actaully negliable, but it means that now i can dun go Jaybee so often! (98% of my petrol are from Jaybee)

 

Later when my engine cools down, i am gonna take photos of my sparkplugs. i am curious to see if the sparkplugs have any difference after using FP60. [:)]

bro.. earlier read a post from one of the bros.. he say, product works fine with almost all except caltex petrol..

 

so if i am caltex regular customer, can i still get this product to use and expect something to improve?? [confused]

 

real tempted to try out though..

 

I also use CALTEX... Think time to change.... Either Esso or SPC since I can et the most discount from there.

havent pump petrol yet... since last monday til today have only travelled 580km and "Empty" light is not up yet. will update after i pump maybe on wed or thurs and do calculation.

 

looks good though, when petrol indicator at half mark, mileage already at 475km... usually is 390-430+-.
