There's a group buy in SHC now for Red Line oil. You can get 5w20 from redline. www.shc-forum.com. The group buy closes today 4 Apr though.

There are M1 0W20, M1 EP 5W20, Schaeffer 5W20 and lastly the premium Grp V Polyol-ester base-stock Redline 5W20 available there.

Just to check if my car(Vios, engine 1NZ-FE) is speced to use 5w20, can I choose to use 0w20?

Just use the min your manual specify. Most cars in S'pore should be able to use 5w20.

If I follow manual, I cannot use w20 already. Manual specify min. 5w30. Anyway now using 5w20 already. But I think 0w20 should also be ok lah.

my manual also states min 5w30.. so don't dare to go any lower. previously was on w40 and just changed to w30. I must say.. engine response is better! Upz for lighter weight oil!

Anyone know where I can get this oil grade, doesn't matter brand, must be cheap. Have check with MX and they ran out of Mobil, and other brand they selling is off budget.
