Difficult to sue him for degradation or loss of reputation. If you're in the law industry... you'll know what I meant. The Singapore High Court seldom allows you to win the case merely for a loss of reputation... unless you're someone of very VERY high status. Usually, even if you win the case, you must show prove that you suffered losses in black & white to claim damages.

 

Usually the payout is nominal also. Remember the Tanglin Country Club case, the poor ex-president of the club was only paid $6! after dragging the case of about 2 years The lawyer, court fees and time incurred were already more than that.

I was at M.D.D.S that day when you popped over and introduced your product to me. I remembered you did emphasized that it's made in USA.

 

The video that you posted in Youtube was just one of the forummers trying out the product. He is not your customer. And you did not even have to decency to request for his permission before putting up the video.

 

Please be forthright if you wanna peddle your product all over car forums. I'm sure you'll get business even if your product is made in China and it works well.

talk about being an ar5e.

 

MDDS is a detailing session. There were several of us around and when he started to demo, he actually sprayed the water on another car that was being detailed... wah.... I was kinda pissed when I saw that.. people come and detail car, you come and spray spray water on people car. Want to show how far the water can spray, can spray elsewhere...not on cars that is being detailed! If he had asked, then that's another matter.. but he did not.

 

Sorry.. but I did not like the way he does things and that means, you won't get my $.
