Spinworkx Clutched May 8, 2007 Share May 8, 2007 I think you're giving so many options, it's hard for people to give advice.. As least for me...i read so many options until i also dunno what advice to give. Maybe you should simply it to like 3 combos and get comments on them will be easier. Also, would be helpful to state what HU you're using and if you're intending to go active or passive, 2-way or 3-way etc, and if you're into SQ or SPL or SQL etc... I believe this will help others advice and comment better once they understand your objective.

Sarong1 1st Gear May 8, 2007 Share May 8, 2007 You have two different continents of amps/speakers to choose from. Americans and European amps/speakers. I personally prefer European amps over US amps as Europeans amps/speakers, to me, are generally warmer. The choice of amps/speakers are subjective really, you need to listen to them to like them. There must be a reason to like them and buy them in the first place. Our ICE kakis here has a range of amps/speakers that you should perhaps listen to when you are free. Bring along some of your CDs to listen and we welcome you to our meetup tomorrow. See the ICE meetup 9 May thread for more info. ↡ Advertisement
