what is the reason for LTA to jack down price? Doesn't sound quite logical. Care to share more?

I think no need to jack down price. After May 2nd bidding which is 6th bids for most people who booked in Feb, if they refused to top up, all can collect deposit.

And with very less people willing to buy at current car price, June maybe time for COE to soften, just my guess [flowerface]

hey there, i do sympathise wif u....guess u didnt get from me..at least i had a way out for all my clients...some took it some didn't (Just EDIT) at no extra cost...just pay the price that was at 5.2k (however this was purely first come first serve) ..now no more this option

if someone offered to top up your bid and take your car will u be keen ?

the person will bear the transfer of ownership to his name after u get it.

no loan needed....

I guess it's your call, it's obvious that they probably won't get you a COE at the current price, maybe your purchase price is low and for them to make money to bid at the current COE price, they want your top-up $$.

Pay and get your car or take your booking money and buy another car.

if your car was the Auto lancer i believe the price is 43k+ (+3.5k)

46.5k.....i might be able to get someone to take your car if u r keen at that price...but u need to cancel your loan and the person will pay full cash for your car....

its still cheaper than the current model...

43k+3.5(top up)= 46.5k (is yours wif leather uphols?)

i believe tmr lancer auto will be ard 51-52k wif all the leather etc
