Quite fed up with Starhub. Am sure technically the pass on signal can be madce without a huge dish outside your house.

the tuner from pinnacle is DVB-T. Don't know whether will work or not as it depends on whether the location that you're in. If there's digital broadcast, then the packaging says that it'll pick it up & it will work.

 

But for S$130+, who would want to try in SG ? Sekali doesn't work then its $$$ down the drain leh...
