CNG for new car

Just wondering whether it is worth to convert to CNG for new car??or any PI bring in already converted car with CNG???Dun know how much taxes u save when buy brand new car with CNG?? [smash][smash]

not really sure how is the side effect on the engine for long run.

anyway im thinking to convert my car in next 2 years if the thing is stable and more pump station available.

The new Taxi operator, in thenews last week is also a PI. Prime Leasing.

They may have cars fitted with CNG.

 

Bear in mind that cars that are fitted with CNG prior to registration, get a 40% disc on the ARF (instead of 110%, its 70%). That means that irregardless if you use it or not, your car will be cheaper.

 

Regarding stations, one will definitely be up in Mandai in January 2008. At least 2 more stations are planned for next year.

Go for it!

 

Plan which model carefully. Toyotas convert easily. MPVs don't cut it well unless they allow you not to sacrifice the last row of seats.

 

Check with Melchers. They have converted many cars already. The Airwave is definitely worth it. Bigger load space for the cylinder and cargo if you need. There is always roof racks to consider if you want more.

Anyway, there are so many taxis queuing up, they will assist you should anyone tries to anything ill toward you.

Can be quite entertaining...
