SFF 430 S if we follow the initials on the emblem. Scuderia Ferrari F430 Scuderia. The SF initials has been on the logo below the horse for many years. But only recently an F430 Scuderia model was introduced.

iirc, the official state car for the president has no number plate. In it's place is the presidential standard which is made of the cresent and five stars

 

just happen to meet this car last night going towards Joo Chiat area (president's house)... with no TP escorts though

also seen before the other presidential car with 'SEP1'~

 

signal left and move in front of the car (with lots of room to spare) to turn left, n the car started flashing its high beam... not sure wether its a friendly or warning high-beam signal though

in my mind. Then, it was a red Ferrari parked at a condo in bedok.
