Help - Paint Cleaner

Dear all,

Sorry seems like I alot of problem..

 

I tried to use paint cleaner. The instuctions never say have to use wet applicator or dilute. So I go ahead lo. After cleaning, I'm suppose to wipe off with MF towel when there is a buff formed.

 

But some parts I can't seems to wipe off, under the sun at certain angle, I can see white streaks.

The instruction never tell but you try damp applicator,is much easier to apply cleaner wax.White streaks are unbuff wax,application too thick,spray a bit of QD or water on will and buff.It will remove the white streaks.
