I'm shopping for a new pair of running/jogging shoe. But I need advise on what type of shoe is suitable for me, anyone know are there any shop provide such a service?

Yes, Running Lab at Funan is good.

Really know their stuff well as well. For once, got a pair of shoes and no pain after running!!

their prices are fixed unless ur a safra member, u get 10% off...

still cheaper to get shoes from Queensway.

but for apparels like zoots & sugoi, RL has a gr8 selection & they can even indent items that are not available here [thumbsup]

Hi,

Its not the price... its the right shoe for your feet that matters, and i just found out that the shoes I've bought all along from Queensway, is actually not suitable for my feet.

Of course, its best to go Running Labs to "profile" your feet, then you know roughly what kind of shoes you should to buy. Then if you go Queensway get your other pairs, go ahead.

Running Labs does give discounts. With or without SAFRA cards. Got my NB for 20% less sometime back.

Good service. No regrets. And these chaps knows the stuff as well.

:)

FYI, Running Lab in Funan organizes weekly jog/run/walk around the vicinity. I think its Thursday evening. Good for meeting up friends and a good exercise included.

U r so lucky. My shoe size suppose 2 b 10 based on the profiling. However, from size 9 - 10, i hav diff prob on my Kayano. So, i 1 2 try 9 1/2. My running ground depends on the days:

Tuesday: Novena/Bkt Timah/Toa Payoh area (Juz join Running Lab grp);

Other days: If i can wake up, Kallang River Park - Marina Promenade - Boat Quay

Sunday: ECP

If u ever run on Sunday morning in ECP, 2 c a guy in red triangle bike wearing black Met Helmet. Come & say hi!

I was lucky 2 buy d correct shoe from Queensway. I only knew about LY after my profiling was done by Nike. Tis is based on my observation, Running Lab has complete range of running gears, food, drink & even detergent 4 hi performance clothing.

Running Lab in Funan organise run on Thursday, while, Running Lab in Velocity organise run on Tuesday. I join the Tuesday run. It is very well organise wif proper warmup & warm down. They even hav sweeper 2 make sure everybody complete their run within their own pace.
