Hello fellow bros, whenever i switch on my air-con for few seconds waves of foul smell start to fill my car . But as time goes the foul smell stopped. (smell of sweat , acidic smell)

I tried to use heavy car perfume to cover up and ioniser but it doesn't help since it blow out frm the aircon. Care to share if u experience similar ordeal n ways to get rid of it? thks lot...

doubt you are getting any constructive assistance or advise at all so here goes...

got the same situation even if mine is a brand new ride. thanks to some really good advise given, here is one way you can get rid of the rancid sourish smell.

wind down all your windows, blast your aircon fan to the max and tune up the temperature i.e. increase the temperature to the max, fan speed max as well. really hot air should be blasting from the aircon vents. do this during a night drive back. can get a tart bit uncomfy but it's worth it. do it for about 15-20mins...

viola ! no more smell thereafter ! [flowerface] oh yeah.... remove your car frangrances as well... they don't help at all...
