True.. I think by this month end. I heard all popular good stalls have moved all over the island. No longer in one place any more.. Yes.. jackson kopitiam is going to walk into history liao.

 

I think sooner or later, the nasi padang stall may also be affected even though they are in shop houses behind this jackson kopitiam. Coz there is a government underground tunnel expressway project going on there.. Not sure if Slonez and Kwongwing got further latest updates?

 

After the Ramadan month, we shall still resume our ICE meetup back at Nasi Padang stall until further notice.

Some of the stalls have moved to a nearby coffee shop just across from where we usually exit the kopitiam car park.

Nasi Padang shop will still be there for a while - no exact date when they have to vacate as yet.

BTW, i drove past Jackson just now on my way to Balestier, the entire place is closed liao..all the shutters were down, no lights...looks like another iconic place goes down in history...
