Yellow box in Spore is nothing

Well, I am a person who simply hates it when people sit their butts in a yellow box when I have to move off, eg. the right turn to the rear of Wheel-Lock Place.

 

What do I do to them?

 

I simply HORN the hell out of them and BLAST them with my HID strobe kit that's mounted in my highbeam reflectors.

 

I think the local traffic police could make a ton of $$$ on simply catching people like these and I for one STRONGLY vote for this to take place.

 

Then after that, they not happy and drive dangerously and try to be funny then get out and want to fight with you.... these are Singaporeans bro.....

 

THEY do the mistake, yet they are unhappy for being caught doing them...

 

as, I've said in my previous post... they are busy catching people with illegal exhaust which are legal... rather than all these "small" problems..

Last night, I was going straight into a yellow box of which I had right of way and there was no other traffic in front of the box.

 

I gently moved into it to move ahead when a taxi decided to "clip" into the box in a 30 to 40 deg angle (please don't ask me to measure the angle here) position and I sounded off my horn at him.

 

He gave me the dirty look and high beamed + horned me furiously when he was behind me.

 

I decided to stop the car, gave him the thumbs down out of my window...

 

... and decided to leave some hot rubber pieces on his nice yellow paintwork

(little did he know that I had a front line lock kit)

Seems nobody cares in this piece of land....if it is caught in other countries, will get heavy fine, and others will horn you like siao.

 

i will horn that bloody car that obstruct me in the yellow box until it move somewhere...

Yellow Boxes in Novena Church itself, ppl also no bothers. They just blantantly there.

 

But now they have Cisco officer....this is the only way to stop those who ignore the yellow box....this is sad.

If I "own" the TP as a listed company, I become billionaire long long time ago, revenue generated from offenese like :

1) Yellow box ignorance(as you mentioned)

2) "Parked" at double yellow lines (very common along the kopitam)

3) "Stopped" in vicinty of traffic light and zebra crossing (seen many reading newspaper and waiting in the car in morning)

4) Cross the solid double lines (this is very common after entering CTE from Braddell rd North bound.)

5) Many Many....hahahah..

5) Turn without signal

Typical Singaporean driver response.... do wrong then want to horn people and high beam... too bad there was no gravel on the floor... would love to see you smoke him!!!! [laugh][laugh]

That's so true... if there was gravel, I'd make sure it rips his paintwork...

 

... during drift, you really don't want to be standing the wake of the car's rear spinning wheels as it spews sand, gravel, rubber and tarmac to the rear sweatdrop.gif

That is exactly why as soon as i get enough $$$ I want to import a HSV Ute as a commercial vehicle. 0-70kmh on the speedo in abt 4secs but standing still [laugh]

Does our speedo read the speed when our rear is spinning away? Cos I read speeds of more than 80km/h when I drift.

 

I always thought it was from the front wheels.

You think I bothered to waste my precious tires on that fool of a taxi?

 

I'd just have rev a little bit more than usual, wheel spinned and moved off from that idiot.

 

I've got better things to do (as most of the other bros here know) than to waste my time with such people on the road.

 

If I want to do a burnout with my line-lock, then it's gonna be at those events where I burn to my heart's content.
