my friend went to Silent

 

Overall result quite good

 

pls dun go there... scratch my inner door panel cos they dunno how to take it out, and now I hv to live with a loose door handle (they force open the door handle cos they didn't know how to get to the clip). [thumbsdown]

 

still hv to paid first b4 they do anything... [thumbsdown][thumbsdown][thumbsdown][thumbsdown][thumbsdown]

I think it is probably better if you ask your agent where they normally do their soundproofing for some of their new customers. You know..some new cars come with all the goodies like solar film and soundclad.

 

Those shops would probably know how to "dissemble" your car better.

Ohh yes...im referring to sound clad...u have it done?

 

I have done Sound Clad.. can block some noise.. u will hear lesser of your horn when you try to horn on the road..

 

Is Dynamat good? I read that its soundproofing in the doors..

Which part of the car did you do the sound clad?

1. Rubberize spray for undercarriage?

2. 4 doors?

3. Boot?

 

I was just thinking of doing the undercarriage but uncertain whether there will be significant improvement as well as worried that the rubberize spray get into all the nooks and crevices and cause problems later on.
