Actually if u guys are keen, I suggest u visit http://www.ibrew.com.sg at Clementi.

He's got good selection of beers on tap for tasting. That'll give u an idea of how homebrewed beers taste like before you take that jump into homebrewing...

Raymond, the owner is a very friendly guy who can give u the best advise on beer brewing

was out and thinking of visitng them but left their address @ home ...[furious]

then recall that parisilk carry it and went to transit rd store and found out that only holland carry it. the boss explain that he used to carry it in transit but for 7~8mths cant even sell one and holland selling it as hot cakes. he said all the beer drinker stays in holland [laugh]

Been there done that in Downunder back in 1989....fresh and good. They actually sell the canned ingredient with instructions in supermarket like K-mart and PAYLESS.

but have to be wary when you are pouring the last bit from your bottle becoz there are

RESIDUEs (like barley)...experience brewer don't drink that....fair-dinkum CHEERS

eh.. think secondary is 1 week, by than beer is carbnated, but need to condition for 2 weeks to 3 months for gas to be finer n taste better... actually i'm just too eager to try, just gonna try one bottle to see how it taste will leave the remaining bottles to continue conditioning! hehe. in time for CNY!
