A pte ambulance usually DO NOT handle emergercy case, even if they are in the scene of accident, some to wait for SCDF or AUX. ambulance [st. John or Red Cross] to transport the casuatry , cause due to ; no proper equipment andor no qualify crew manning the ambulance.

 

However, still giv them doubt that, they hav emergency case like old folk health deteriode when transporting them to nursing home.

 

some kuku could have called non-emerg ambulance for emerg case. u never know.. of course the operator is trained to try to filter but it's not 100%.

 

just assume anything with flashing lights and/or siren is settling emergency. not as if it costs anything to give way, other than few seconds wasted.

 

actually, following behind the ambulance might save some time even
