Irresponsible driver....

Should I wished that the driver of a KIA dark-color saloon be a member here? Listen if you do.

 

After I exited from Funan at about noon and was at the traffic light stop immediately, this car S**4401 came alongside me. I saw a young boy probably 5~6 years old sitting with the front passenger. It was obvious he was not belt up, the front passenger was though! I took 3 look at them but they seem not bothered what is wrong. The boy is big enough to be seated behind and belt up, in my opinion.

 

They proceeded on New Bridge Road towards Chinatown.

 

If the driver and the passenger are the parents of that boy, then I say that they are irresponsible and they do not deserved to be parents.

Quite common mah... These parents won't learn anything until something happens...
