70k? I'd rather go for Honda Cars with that price Still I don't understand why Lancer Ex GT can be almost 30k much ex than ours, has more BHP than ours, looks slightly more like a volvo, weighs heavier but stock version is sooooo like that

Hi, dun quite understand u... Civic 30k more than Lancer? BHP more?

 

Anyway, is Civic really a better car than Lancer? I think its likely to be I-Vtec better than Mivec CVT? Apart from engine, what are the other considerations?

What I meant is that the specs of Lancer Ex 1.5/2.0 is not worth the value, with the money it'll be better for a Civic/City

 

The new Lancer Ex has more BHP than our Lancer GLX but its to compensate for the heavier build. Unless you don't mind that. How much better is a Civic compared to Lancer Ex is up to you. IMHO, it is the performance, value, power:weight that I'm bothered about. I can't afford the City or Civic so I opted for the current GLX model which has good enough FC.
