Which new circuit is Montezemolo talking about?

"The real problem is with the new circuits that are there just for show. I think Monaco is enough," he said.

 

Hmm.. wonder which F1 circuit he's referring to?

...just to show how inadequate his cars, drivers and team are on adapting to the new circuits...

believe he's referring to SG, Hungary. but if you watch Shanghai race, there wasnt much overtaking as well. so it's not always the circuit, but the cars too. still i think there's some room for improvement to make Sg track a bit more overtaking friendly. good to make it more risky too so can have more SC periods.
