Waxing: Swirl or Back n Forth?

Do u apply wax in circular motion or parallel back and fro motion?

 

i read my wax instruction it stated to swirl the wax w sponge, some youtube videos also demo using circular motion.

 

however, some websites also stated to apply wax in back and fro parallel direction...

 

which is correct?

Generally wax in circular motion, wipe in back and forth motion.

 

Best is to follow the instructions on the back of the bottle as there are instructions attached
