its stated in it specs that its has GPS, but its GPS = "GPS navigation capability with Google Maps"..

 

so does that mean the ONLY way to use its GPS is via Assisted-GPS and I'll have to pay for data usage?? any users can clarify?

Why dun you try it? When it show connecting to.... then u quickly off it. At least you are not connected yet.

think GPS usage is free but if u need to connect to the internet for certain features than u have to pay for the data...

that i know.. cos i using nokia 6110 navigator.....

 

hopefully its GPS is standalone one ... and not solely AGPS

Ah chey... hahaha.... for that, why dun u wait for TP2? Look promising... I heard that HTC dream got limitation function.. dun ask me... aint guru.
