twice a week is confirm not okie... but sad to say, its about the ave number for ave singaporean... a lot of my foreign is doing at least 4 to 5 times a day.....

Don't think there are any hard & fast rules on this. The only rule is that this kind of thing should only be done after marriage. Sorry, I'm not trying to be holier-than-thou or whatever, it's just my belief, and I am a more or less traditional kinda person...
