WTF 4th Gear September 19, 2009 Share September 19, 2009 There is this HK cafe, but not Xin Wang de. It is located near Roxy Square. There's also a HK Cafe in Tiong Bahru opp the Link Hotel. But do parked properly as the area is always patrolled. My friend kena a few times with the summons timed after 1am. There's also a HK Cafe along Zion Rd opp Great World City and another Xin Wang at Anchor Point though not sure if it's 24 hr. Bukit Ho Swee has a Teochew Porridge but find it quite ex. It's opened till the wee hrs too.
