I just submitted mine and now sucking thumbs waiting for the results. According to the website, there would be a reply in 9 working days. Bro just to double confirm.. urs is your IU reader never read your cashcard when u insert in?? there was once i kena, cashcard inserted, IU reader working properly. went thru ERP gantry and they never deduct. call them up and they say is their technical fault so no fine, and ERP also waived.. Maneater Neutral Newbie November 3, 2009 Share November 3, 2009 Bro, my cash card faulty. Went to Nets office at Tiong Bahru to change to a new one. Nets office would give you a letter after checking your cash card if it is found that the cash card is faulty. I submitted my appeals online on the day i kenna the ERP and got a letter from LTA in 3 working days time. Need to pay the ERP charge of $2/- only thru online payments.
