D&D budget is peanuts, unless their prizes are super fantastic like condo or wat.

reminds me of the AIG incident in the US recently.. billions of taxpayer bailout $$$ pumped in, and end up going where? spa and retreat for the executives, plus all those fat paychecks....

i believe the revenue collected from season parking and selling flats is very profitable.
