Might make a big difference. For eg. fiat punto 1368cc producing 77 bhp and honda city 1498cc producing 120 bhp. Depends on what you are comparing.

I think TS is asking re comparison of apple to apple.

 

Eg: Same make n model car with different engine capacity of 100cc engines.

 

Usually there is a difference in power & torque but sometimes the smaller cc engine is sweeter. This is evident with some 1600 & 1800cc models.

what is your concern? go for the bigger CC if you can. if comparing different models you need to look at other factors too, like weight etc.
