David Clutched January 6, 2010 Author Share January 6, 2010 Onsen tamago looks like half-boil egg. Last weekend I went to Ippudo, I had a hardboiled egg but the yolk was fairly soft.

This morning, on Class95, teaching how to make hardboiled egg... put the eggs together with the water to boil. once water starts boiling for another 1 min or so... take eggs out and cover it with a bowl for about eight mins. you'll get to see the eggs that you want.... Varoom Clutched April 9, 2010 Share April 9, 2010 There's this device they sell in hypermarkets that helps u make that kind of egg. All u haf to do is put some water in the casing and put the egg in. Then microwave for like 3 mins den confirm is perfect. I never tried it myself though
Xtrocious 1st Gear April 9, 2010 Share April 9, 2010 Anyone knows how to make hardboiled egg - hard on the outside(eggwhite) but soft on the inside(yolk)? Thank You. I think it's boil for 2 minutes and then plunge the eggs into ice water to stop the cooking process... The yolk should be nice and soft... You can also experiment how "hard" or "soft" you want by varying the boiling time... ↡ Advertisement
