Without monetary benefits or risk of losing it, that country will not fight a physical war nw. Look at the recent wars, all are link to monetary. Gulf War = OIL. WOMD my ass. If they so righteous, why havent they do anything to North Korea? North Koreans gt WOMD enuff to wipe their arses out of the continent. Simple, North Korea gt no monetary gains for them. Afghanistan is just a scam. Look at the location of the country & u will understand. The Talibans are still active there nw even after so many years. Their main target has always been & will always be IRAN. Its a ploy. Iran is a country dat has the biggest potential to become an energy superpower. Its the 2nd biggest oil exporter n 2nd in natural gas reserves & oil reserves. If WW really starts, my guess will be......not with China. Seriously, if US goes to war wif China, China will WALLOP that fella arse. They cldnt even handle Viets, dun tink they can handle a country that has civil wars & changes a dynasty every couple of hundred years for the past couple of thousand years. Unless like the olden days of "8 States Alliance" when Chinese gt no guns, US dun really stand a chance. And remember it took 8 states to soften the outdated ways of the Qing dynasty. With growth faster thn I can say People's Republic of China, with products mainly MIC etc. Dun tink so. N remember, Chinese are not like ang mos. We dun forget our roots. And there are Chinatowns in every other country. US wont not risk the world to go to war with China. Bt i wld really like to see the bully kena WALLOP. LOL

 

Agreed! Watched 'Zeitgeist' eh? Although there isn't any hard evidence to suggest it, the world's so-called "big brother" are the instigators of wars throughout recent history. They will find any excuse to enter a war, even if the people are strongly opposed to it, all for the monetary benefit of a select few. Think team thunder are 'elistist'?? Who do you think they learn from??

China already showed the world not to underestimate them when they shot down a Satellite in space in 2007.

Their goal of visiting the moon isn't about unraveling the Chang Er myth, but to show their technological advancement over such a short period and power display.

 

They want to tip the balance of global power. Like when UK and US launch the Afganistan war on terror, George bush said either you are with us or you are against us. Nobody able stop them. When they decided to go Iraq. Its not possible to prevent US and UK from the attack too because of the power imbalance on a global scale.

 

US is trying their best to create an imbalance power....so they can sell weapon of 'mass protection'. Worth Billions. Taiwan is buying such idea.

If China can unifiy with Taiwan......then the balance is tip the other way. That's why US is try their best to prevent that.

its good china is tipping the power balance, USA has been the world "bully" for too long. but facing the facts, other than taiwan, there are many other allies in east asia that will take sides with the US in a conflict. The role of taiwan in US strategy is to keep a torn in china's side and keep china within easy striking distance. Just look back at the missle cuban crisis between USSR and USA. Taiwan is being played as cuba on the chess board. china will have to assimilate or neutralize taiwan before it can go on the offensive.

US is surrounding CN with its millitary allies in the East & South Asia, e.g. South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Phillipines, Singapore, India.

Now Obabma is trying to rope in Indonesia & Australia.

 

Imagine yourself making more money and getting more muscular by constant workouts, and suddenly the current big bro is surrounding your house and all your neighbours is constantly staring into your house. At any time, your trade route to buy groceries or petrol can be blockaded if big bro is not happy with you, e.g. valuation of RMB, control over global resources, etc

What will you do?
