it's not dangerous as long as you do it carefully wat

 

think we should let more speedsters practise how to overtake from the left

 

regain their confident this way

Yesterday I was driving on CTE at 90 km per hour. Maximum was 93

Not a soul dare to horn or flash me.

Two cars tried to tailgate, one Wish and one Civic.

When they tailgate i slowed to about 60km so they no choice.

Quite proud of my success in not giving in to speedsters who know i may have prevented a crash.

That is a good point.

Why call it overtake why not filter to lane 2 and filter back to lane 1 (when it is safe) ? Instead of making so much din about why people not giving way.

Why give way?

If it is an ambulance, or police veh it makes sense.

If for example father is dying - call ambulance

If what to find toilet then he can always drive where there is space for him to filter.

Driving faster than everyone else does not automatically make the expressway your father's expressway.

Please let me repeat, Mother or father got emergency does not mean you can endanger other people's lives.

 

asking a driver in lane 1 to give way to a faster vehicle from behind will ENDANGER whose life??

Then if my mother fall off the table means I can drive against traffic, cross curbs, drive 200km per hour (although GTI can do higher)

u know sometimes i really sympathize with speedsters..so pathetic

 

out of charity, i might consider giving way to them

If i m d black civic, i will make sure i hi beam & horn all the way. Mayb i stalk u all d way home wif my hi beam & horn.

 

Talk big that ur car can reach 200km/h. Can u drive it at that over a period of 5mins? If not, car can driver cannot. It is as good as driving QQ.

 

Lastly, i hate road hogger to the core. A bunch of road hazard as u hav demonstrated it above.

No point to be arguing with the fellow who has no courtesy on our roads here.....the concept on the e-way is "keep left unless overtaking".......quote his example, if there is no car on lane 2 at 2-3am at KJE, why stay in lane 1 ?

sorry boss, but there is also EMAS sign on CTE which says "City, Keep Right"

 

also PIE "Clementi, Keep Right"

 

also TPE going towards ECP, "City, Keep right"

 

"Keep Left unless OVertaking" is a rectangular sign which means just advisory or infomation sign

 

Speed limit is circular sign which means mandatory
