Those Naza Cerato found on MY road are the same from head to tail as our Kia Cerato on SG road. The only different is the logo.

Unlike Proton wira which is totally different from head to tail in term of look from the Lancer but is using Mitsubishi licensed engine.

Regards,

I think those Naza r made in MY by MY company using Kia engine & gearbox & technology as well. Or maybe is a joint-venture between the 2 companies?

They doing same as what Proton did when they started. Use Mitsu engine, gearbox & technology.

Bro,

Tat is the new KIA SOUL. Its not a Mpv. Its a normal hatchback.

Yeah. Saw this KIA Soul @ Leng Kee showroom with a Safari look.

It doesn't look like a SUV nor a MPV.

I think this is in our shore to compete more with Toyota Rush and Daihatsu Terios.

Unfortunately, it comes with just 1.6L and not the one with TC.

Last time those Jap & Korean cars use their name as the logo cos they want pple to know what car it is as not so popular.

Nowadays u can see mostly all Jap & Korean cars have changed their logo to some design. Its the fashion as they now feel thay already have presence in the market so want to move up a bit by having a distinctive logo. Prob cos it looks abit more classy. [rolleyes]

Notice alot Japanese & Korean makers like to put the 1st letter (or full letters) of their name as their logo. Very boring in my opinion.
