Need help on Ch8 programme

Programme title is 'Lodge With Me' shown every Thur 8pm. Starting this week with host Rui En visiting Japan. The first place she went to was about 2.5 hr away from Kyoto, a place call 'mei san ting'. I like to know what it is called in english. Thank You.
