Thats my retirement target, be a level 1 LEW. Be around when workers renovate houses etc,and collect money.

Also long apprenticeship period and have to take difficult exams. But after passing, supposedly can earn reasonably well, and even more so if the engineer adds on some legal qualifications.

 

Anybody know more about this line?

I want to be real estate agent,  but the exam so tough, I got friends tried 2 years still fail.
