See whether got white smoke coming out of your exhaust.

 

I don't think your engine vibrating when cold start is related to a blown head gasket.

open your oil filler cap, got mayonaise inside?

 

check your coolant levels, got drop?

 

then check your oil dipstick, got rise?

 

if dont have, you don't have a bhg..

Suggest you bring the car to a really good WS for a check. Btw, avoid PML unless its still under warranty. Try BVO or J4C. Reputable BMW WS.

 

If the previous WS didn't do a good job for replacing your HS (never ensure block and head surface flat etc....), its going to blow again.
