13V is norm before starting the engine... the voltage drop could be due to the loading, aircon, amplifiers etc. U have high loading items in ur car?

 

Pop ur bonnet and look at the battery itself, there should have a small window that shows green/orange/red battery status.

Battery of ur car is OK, If you have heavy electronics in your car you need to charge your battery properly in driving.

Battery needs highway driving for good charging, city driving & daily drive 0f less than 10 km is not good for battery chargeing.

Look for your battery water(Acid) & fill it to desired mentioned level.
