i not sure about the other

 

ya he teaches himself.i like coz he is traditional way,meaning use pure ingredients,explain why and what happen if not doing right way,temperature etc

some go do blogs on his lessons,can shoot,video everything u want but his lessons quite hard to book,i managed to got it after 2 months later
