Can OPC be driven on polling day?

Is tomorrow considered a pubilc holiday where OPC car can be driven and parking at HDB free?

Go lta website and try to buy an e coupon, put the date as 07/05/2011, if system display message saying no ecoupon needed for tbat day, and disallow you to purchase mean its ok to drive, but if system ask you pay the $20 then dont think you can drive on polling day. As in till 3pm for old opc scheme

LTA also says 7th May public holiday but 6th May still need coupon.
